Our Story
About us
Forging high-quality lifting hooks

Eco‑friendly
Pursues sustainable production, and most of our electricity comes from green energy sources, lowering the carbon footprint of forged lifting hook manufacturing.
High Quality
We strictly follow the steps of design, manufacturing, inspection, and certification to provide forged components for customers all around the world.
Team work
Our team comprises experienced technical and managerial personnel, including 36 seasoned mid-to-senior level specialists.

Reliable Lifting Hooks
Forging is the main process and different technologies are used.
01
Upset Forging
Upset forging increases the local cross‑section of steel blanks by axial compression, creating sufficient material volume for forming the hook throat and hook tip during forged hook production.
02
Bending
Bending shapes the pre‑formed workpiece into the basic curved hook profile, laying the geometric foundation for the subsequent die‑forging process of lifting hooks.
03
Open Die Forging
Open die forging refines the internal grain structure of raw steel, eliminates partial metallurgical defects and pre‑shapes rough hook blanks before precision forming.
04
Close Die Forging
Close die forging achieves final near‑net‑shape forming of hook blanks inside matched moulds, delivering accurate dimensions, smooth surface and dense metal flow lines for finished forged lifting hooks.
Quality Assurance
DT, NDT tests are held for a full product guarantee.
01
MT / MPI
Magnetic particle testing / inspection detects surface and near‑surface cracks on forged hook bodies.
02
UT
Ultrasonic testing identifies internal defects such as inclusions and hidden cracks inside the hook.
03
Proof Load Test
The proof load test applies specified over‑load force to verify hook deformation performance without permanent distortion.
04
Minimum Breaking Load Test
Minimum breaking load test confirms the hook ultimate load‑bearing capacity for safety evaluation.
05
Tensile & Charpy Impact Test
Tensile and Charpy impact tests validate tensile strength and low‑temperature toughness of hook material specimens.
